The San Francisco 49ers are listening to offers for their two picks in the first round of the NFL Draft, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The Niners are slated to pick at No.13 and No. 31 on Thursday night. The team has no picks in the second, third or fourth rounds and are exploring their options according to Schefter.
